There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. –1 John 4:18 (NIV)–
Harvard Business School, “What Drives Managers to Sabotage Talented Employees?” Why do executives sabotage more junior staff? Managers often view their high-performing subordinates as threats to their position and power, Zaman says. “Typically, sabotage is directed toward more capable colleagues,” Zaman says, “In a hierarchical organization, your manager may see you as a future peer, a competitor for further promotions, or even a replacement risk, so they have an incentive to use their authority to mitigate your growth ahead of time.” This pre-emptive undermining not only limits the careers of talented employees, but can hurt organizational culture and damage corporate performance, Zaman says. Plus, he says, with the relatively low unemployment rate forcing companies to compete for talent, an organization known for top-down sabotage could struggle to hire and retain employees, thereby jeopardizing succession planning.
These all look to you, to give them their food in due season. When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open your hand, they are filled with good things. When you hide your face, they are dismayed; when you take away their breath, they die and return to their dust. When you send forth your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the ground. –Psalm 104:27-30 (ESV)–
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. –Matthew 10:29-31 (ESV)–

Norman Vincent Peale, the author of The Power of Positive Thinking, had a tremendous impact on Pentecostal sermon delivery. The problem is, that Peale renounced the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, because that’s what you have to do in order to become a 33rd Degree Mason. They worship a phallic demon: it’s the greatest secret of their occultic secret society. Tons of people become oppressed as a result. They sell their souls to the devil for prosperity. See Ron Carlson’s sermon “Freemasonry and the Masonic Lodge.” It wasn’t until David Wilkerson met Leonard Ravenhill, that he started to move away from this overly positive mainline liberal nonsense, and preach righteousness with more seriousness and gravitas.
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. –Acts 4:10-12 (KJV)–
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. –John 14:6 (KJV)–
If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.* –Leviticus 20:13 (ESV)–
In six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day. –Exodus 20:11 (KJV)–
This verse shows that the days in the first chapter of Genesis were real twenty four hour days. For you compare like things to like. Just as God worked six days and rested on the seventh, so the Israelites were to do also. The comparison would make no sense if the days were “seven ages” or were “seven ages” that overlapped each other (Day Age Theory) or if there was a huge gap between the days (Gap Theory). These are modern compromises to accommodate the alleged geological ages with the Biblical account of creation. Further this verse allows one to determine the age of the universe. Using the Biblical genealogies (Gen. 5; 11:10-32), Bishop Ussher determined the date of creation to be 4004 B.C. Although this may be off by one or two percent, it is a very accurate estimate based on Biblical revelation, not man’s speculation.

John Haley, Alleged Errors of the Bible (Whitaker House, 2019). Originally published in 1874, the year before Charles Finney died, under the title of An Examination of the Alleged Discrepancies of the Bible, he was also from the same denomination at the time: the Congregational Church. While Haley technically remained silent on the age of the earth in this book, he seems to align with a traditional literalist view of the Genesis 1 six day creation, and would be much more compatible as a resource for believers in young earth creation, than Geisler or Gleason Archer are. It was Charles Finney who said, “For SIX THOUSAND YEARS God has been hearing it, and still the world is spared, and the vengeance of God has not yet burst forth to smite all His guilty calumniators to Hell!” (Sermon: “The Excuses of Sinners Condemn God”).
Bede, Ecclesiastical History of the English People (Penguin, 1991). This medieval church historian was a young earth creationist just like Josephus.
It shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. –Acts 2:17 (KJV)–
And the next day we that were of Paul’s company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him. And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy. –Acts 21:8-9 (KJV)–
The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. –Titus 2:3-5 (KJV)–
Every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. –1 Corinthians 11:5 (KJV)–
MODERNISM, IT WAS THE SCISSOR APPROACH TO THE BIBLE; AND IT BELIEVED IN CUTTING OUT THE SUPERNATURAL. IT BELIEVED IN TAKING OUT THE MIRACLES AND EXPLAINING THEM AWAY. THEY DID NOT WANT A MIRACLE WORKING CHRIST. THEY DID NOT WANT A BIBLE THAT WAS MIRACULOUSLY INSPIRED. –IAN GOLIGHER (19:10)–
Clear evidence that Thomas Jefferson, the founding father of the United States of America, was an unbeliever in the Bible as the Word of God. He literally cut out every miraculous event in the Gospels with a razor and scissors; and pasted them into this 86-page book that he called The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth (1820), also known as the Jefferson Bible. This is what modernism or liberal Christianity is all about.
