John doesn’t currently accept invitations to preach the Gospel at evangelistic services.
You’ve reached the online presence of an evangelistic ministry grounded in Wesleyan theology. Its purpose is to promote Biblical holiness and spirituality. We try to strike a balance between the old evangelicalism and modern day experience of the Holy Spirit. This isn’t about being a Puritan; its about recovering lost truths about salvation and the Christian life. “Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls” (Jeremiah 6:16). We would identify with all churches that teach the fundamentals of the faith, or most of the member denominations of the National Association of Evangelicals, and all other churches who would consider themselves to be Bible believing. The Great Commission says to “go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature!” (Mark 16:15). This is why we write articles, podcast, publish e-books; and repost the podcasts of other speakers for Jesus. We also believe that another call of God on this ministry is to “cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins” (Isaiah 58:1).
John is a revivalist evangelist who preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ with urgency, conviction, and clarity, calling individuals and churches to repentance, salvation, and renewed holiness. This ministry is centered on proclaiming the truth of Scripture without compromise, emphasizing the reality of Hell and the need for an immediate personal response to the message of salvation. The effort is always made to preach with a bold, blunt, straightforward approach that seeks to bring people face-to-face with the claims of the Gospel.
Normally, John would be available for revival meetings, evangelistic services, camp meetings, youth revivals, and special church services across the United States–especially with Church of God, Assemblies of God, the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, and any Baptist or holiness churches that will have us. Currently, focus is only being paid on growing the reach of the podcast and the blog. The heart is to serve local churches by strengthening believers, reaching the lost, and laboring in revival seasons of churches. Whether in a church sanctuary, camp meeting, or evangelistic gathering, the focus remains the same: lifting up Christ and calling people to respond to the Spirit through repentance and faith in the blood of Christ.
This ministry is rooted in hard Bible preaching against sin, barking out like a sheep dog, crying against flagrant sin like a watchman, and painting graphic descriptions of the Hell of the Bible, emphasizing salvation through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the forgiveness of sins, and the necessity of transformed lives marked by holiness and obedience to God. Some sermons contain frank and blunt confrontations of pornography, fornication, drugs, alcohol, and the consequences of vice and crime; and some messages could be rated PG-13 in their content, as they are mainly addressed to teens and adults to break off sinful addictions, much like David Wilkerson’s itinerant evangelistic ministry used to be. The desire is present to come alongside pastors and churches as a guest evangelist who preaches with sincerity, urgency, boldness, and a burden for the local church to be revived in God, trusting the Holy Ghost to bring conviction, restoration, and revival wherever the Gospel is proclaimed.
