O Lord, the great and awesome God
You keep Your covenant of love
With all who love You
And all who follow Your commands

O Lord, the great and awesome God
Keep with us Your covenant of love
We are Your people
And the Church that bears Your name

O Lord forgive us
O Lord forgive us

O Lord, in keeping with Your ways
Let Your anger now be turned away
For we are Your people
We are the Church that bears Your name

We have sinned and done wrong
We have turned away from Your laws
We have turned from Your commands
Extend, O Lord, Your merciful hand

O Lord, the great and awesome God
Keep with us Your covenant of love
We are Your people
And the Church that bears Your name

O Lord forgive us
O Lord forgive us
