Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Tempus ad est gratiae hoc quod optabamus,
Carmina laetitiae devote redamus.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Deus homo factus est naturam erante,
Mundus renovatus est a Christo regnante.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Ezecheelis porta clausa per transitor
Unde lux est orta sallus invenitor.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Ergo nostra contio psallat jam in lustro,
Benedicat domino sallas regi nostro.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.
Gaudete, gaudete Christos est natus
Ex Maria virginae, gaudete.

Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
This is the time of thanksgiving that we wished for.
We devoutly sing songs of joy.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
God became man, being nature,
The world has been renewed by the reigning Christ.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Ezekiel’s gate was closed by the passerby
Whence the light arose, the finder of pebbles.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Therefore, our congregation sings already in the twilight,
Bless the lord of the saddles for our king.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
Rejoice, rejoice Christ is born
From the virgin Mary, rejoice.
