Romans 8: Spirit-Empowered Obedience and Predestination

Romans 8 discusses obedience to the moral law of God, while being empowered by the Holy Spirit (8:4), especially as it relates to praying in tongues (8:26). 8:28-39 discusses conditional predestination–beginning in the video at 1:22:36.
