If you’re wondering why all these writings have something in common with the year 1978 or shortly after, its because they were published around the time Harvey Milk was assassinated. He was the first gay politician; and it was in San Francisco. The rainbow flag was created that year as a memorial. Christianity based in the Bible aims at the conversion of homosexuals through preaching (1 Cor. 6:11), not through violent acts. –J.B.
