This is God’s standard of holiness: lust is adultery, hatred is murder, lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, all liars will have their part in the lake of fire. Hell is very real, but God’s rich in mercy, provided a Savior; and when Jesus suffered and died on the cross he took the punishment for our sins. We don’t have to do anything, it’s all been done, it is finished! He rose from the dead, defeated the greatest enemy: and if you repent today–that’s not confession to a priest–get before God, truly turn from sin, trust in Jesus–God will grant you everlasting life as a free gift, all because of his amazing grace.
