Paul demonstrates that Christ died for the sins of all mankind, and that everyone and anyone who repents and believes, can be saved (vv. 11-13). Continuing the theme from ch 9, God shows no saving favoritism to either the Jews or Gentiles:–all He requires is that individuals meet His conditions for salvation: repentance and faith in Christ. There is no salvation through Judaism, that is for sure (vv. 3-4).
